Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return for exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds on products.

To complete your return for exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges and Returns Instructions:
If you need to exchange or return for store credit, send us an email at sales@saltysclothing.com to start the return. A return shipping label will be supplied to you from Salty's via email. Package the goods needing to be exchanged/returned, place label on packaging, and drop off at the designated shipping Carrier listed on the return label. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. 

If you are approved, then your exchange request or store credit will be processed, and either a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 3-5 business days; or the replacement item will be shipped. 

 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange or for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for exchange or for store credit

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
